I have a 26 year old non-violent felony on my record which doesn`t seem to be a big problem when looking for a driving job. However, I also have 3 misdemeanor marijuana possession convictions that are 10+ years old. How much of a problem will this be when looking for a quality carrier to drive for?

With those charges being that old and being Misdemeanors, you should be fine as long as nothing else comes up. Some companies might frown on multiple charges, but the age of them is really more important..
